Shadrack Biwott is a native of Kenya, Biwott joins the OTC Elite in the fall of 2009 after finishing at the University of Oregon. While a Duck, Biwott was a Four-time All-American (three-time All-American in XC, once in Track) and a key contributor to the two-time NCAA Championship Cross Country Teams.
2011:
In 2011, following up his great opening performances in 2010, Biwott again debuted at the Bermuda International Race Weekend, finishing first in the 10k and half marathon and third in the mile.
2010:
Biwott started 2010 off in an impressive manner. Shadrack won all three races at the Bermuda International Weekend (Road Mile, 10k and ½ Marathon). Biwott continued his success at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Mardi Gras ½ Marathon in New Orleans finishing 3rd in an impressive 1:01.40. Biwott followed that by running 7:51.75 in the 3,000 at the Husky Classic. Biwott’s impressive winter was capped by a 5th place performance at the NYC ½ Marathon, Biwott ran 1:01.52 in New York.
